Dear Members of the Court,
Discord has been having severe outages, and given that the evidence is all on discord, it makes delivering evidence difficult.
As a result, the evidence can only be posted if discord permits, so if this goes past a deadline I am requesting and permitting the court to withdraw the posted indictment, till which time we can post it again meeting all the requirements for an indictment.
