This is referred to here:

The feeling given what was said in private conversations, was that the logs would not be released.
Feelings are different from requests. Have you and your team not communicated this to Clorinda?

Would be absolutely atrocious if the CLS voted to withhold Clorinda from public office if this requirement was not made clear. If not, the CLS & delegacy failed to prevent the leak.

I can't respond to something that would require revealing more logs of already iffy situation.

There is no reason to make a major official demand, when there was no reason to suspect that it would be released, when the individual made the impression that they were personally opposed to their release.

Whether you agree with the decision or not, enough of the CLS decided this merited special action from the outcome of releasing the logs.

Tubbius and I are not going to deny the CLS the right to vote on an issue they feel strongly, regardless of our own opinions.

it’s a yes or no question. Did the delagacy inform Clorinda not to leak this into?

It is not stated in there that the Delegacy asked Clorinda to not leak the info. It is not brought up.

It is described here, with no reference whether the Council asked or not:
[...]Treadwellia and the Council hoped he would not release these logs[...]
I would have to reveal more of the logs than Clorinda has shared to say more, and it would be contradicting the CLS decision to reveal another set of logs without consent.

Hi everyone!

I'm looking to appoint Debussy as Speaker. He's done this before, so I feel he can handle it again well enough. :)

Permanent Ban from Lazarus: John Laurens or Constie

John Laurens or Constie has agitated for the collapse of the Lazarene government in terms of the Delegacy and Prime Ministerial administrations, through various means, and continues to make members of the region both inside and outside of the government uncomfortable with their further participation.

This includes:

a. Being in frequent disputes with regional government, to the point of going after the Delegacy to remove them.
b. Consistently argues for political changes that would imperil the region, and leave Lazarus open to foreign infiltration and control, inclusive of weakening the Council of Lazarene Security and Delegacy to the point they could not hope to adequately defend the region, were Lazarus to be attacked.
c. Seeking to weaken the constitutional powers of the Delegate, and undermine their position in the region, in order to make way for someone else, even though claiming otherwise.
d. Seeking to undermine our neutral alignment, and push for Lazarus to become imperialist, and align against our regional allies, which would not agree with such a change in alignment.
e. Getting into arguments with region members and bringing negativity and political drama to debates, which presents behavior issues for members of government, as well as discord and forum administration and moderation.
f. Threatening holders of positions with recalls, and removal from office, simply for disagreeing with his aims, contrary to what should be the purpose of recalls, actual inability to remain in office, ceasing to exist, or a demonstrable situation where they did not fulfill their office as defined by the mandate.

This leaves the Council of Lazarene Security no alternative but to remove them from the region, as such activity will continue to present itself with their further participation in the region.

The Council of Lazarene Security is now permitted to begin a vote on this.

Signed, Treadwellia, Delegate of Lazarus

Hello my delegate, whom I consider my friend, can you quantify what lead to Constie’s banishment? In my eyes, he has always has been trying to build Lazarus, so I would love to hear your opinion

Tubbius couldn't speak to add more on this sort of decision, as the stated language was agreed upon and voted upon.

You would have to narrow it down to ask about a specific section of the reasoning, as it is not a ban for any single specific reason.

Given that this is a security matter though, there will always hypothetically be protection of sources, and information not put into publicly viewable record. That would kept private to the Council of Lazarene Security, and the Court (if they need to see it for legal reasons). The mandate not requiring a full display of evidence by the CLS in public, was applied to this and past CLS votes.

To require a full revealing of evidence would break with past procedure, so a vote would need to be held to decide whether that would be changed, or what would be permitted to be revealed. Past CLS votes haven't commonly revealed evidence.

Understood. Thank you for the explanation!
