This is the application to apply for an Inactivity Waiver

Typically nations can only hold citizenship if they have a World Assembly nation, but this application allows for citizens to retain their citizenship regardless of their activity status. This falls into two categories: Having no World Assembly nation in Lazarus, or being part of the regional military (the Lazarus Regional Guard) or part of the military of a Lazarus ally.
