Legislative measures would be implemented after the legislative coup attempt otherwise known as the Hollow Veil Plot, which would take the difficult steps of more centralization of power within the Executive Council, as the shared Executive, and the implementation of constitutional changes to implement Executive Council and Delegacy vetoes upon legislation proposed in the Assembly. These measures were meant for an emergency situation, and made a similar legislative coup attempt impossible. This would infuriate Your Imaginary Friend and encourage them to resign their citizenship and begin measures towards the hostile overthrow of the Delegacy.

On February 21st Your Imaginary Friend otherwise known as Sylven Razendusk entered a server hosted by former Delegate Imkiville and discussed that her goal was to coup Lazarus on the 8th year anniversary of Treadwellia holding the Delegacy. On the same day she would apply for citizenship in Lazarus. This was immediately caught by Lazarene sources who were informed of the threat.

Within days of becoming a citizen Your Imaginary Friend would propose an 8-year time limit on the Lazarene Delegacy, in an attempt to achieve what she set out to do legislative wise, in an attempt to build up a legislative bloc in the region. After they had read the mandate and existing laws passed for the many years of her absence, she realized a legislative coup could not succeed due to the Executive Council and Delegate veto power that existed within the mandate. So instead of going through legislative channels on the forum, she telegrammed nations in the region beginning February 23rd asking for their input, in an effort to see how supportive nations in general might be of an overthrow of the existing Delegate.

Your Imaginary Friend then eventually resigned citizenship having realized a legislative coup could not succeed due to the Executive Council and Delegate veto power that existed within the mandate. She then sought to encourage nations to rebellion over the existence of Feux in the region and supposed inability of the Lazarus Delegacy to run the region effectively in their eyes, with a few taking the bait and engaging with rebellion to the point they had to be removed from the region.

On February 27th she began active lobbying in Nationstates Gameplay in an attempt to rally foreign regions against Lazarus, believing that increased diplomatic tensions between Lazarus and Europeia & would be the perfect opportunity to make an attempt to do so. This would not succeed to get much support initially outside of disgruntled nations unhappy with the diplomatic circumstances surrounding the end of the treaty Lazarus had with Europeia.

On # she would telegram nations in Lazarus about a date for a Delegate tipping attempt against Treadwellia, in an effort to weaken the hold and security credibility of the Lazarus Delegacy and lay the groundwork for a future invasion and takeover of the region. This did not take place on that date, but on #. The East Pacific and 10000 Islands would immediately respond in support of their ally Lazarus, and the Delegate tip attempt was thwarted through mass ban and ejections before update of those involved in the attempt.

On # she would attempt it for a second time, this time more desperate to Delegate tip. She would go to The Communist Bloc, Sparkalia, and Kantrias for support in her efforts, and gathered numerous nations and spies in the server, some of whom were keeping an eye on the situation and weren't involved in the attempt and others that were actively hostile to the Lazarus Delegacy and wanted to make things difficult for Lazarus. This attempt again would not succeed, as the Delegate tippers were swiftly banned before update, and The East Pacific had boosted the Lazarus Delegacy endorsements prior to the attempt.

With the Second Lazarene Incursion soundly defeated, she would make efforts to undermine the credibility of Lazarene officials and harm Lazarene interests, before abandoning the attempt entirely and allowing many of their nations involved to cease to exist. The effort then disbanded, as the likelihood of a successful overthrow of the Delegacy became a very remote possibility.

After the end of the attempt on Lazarus Your Imaginary Friend and others involved in the attempt lost credibility, as the attempt in a desperate gambit involved The Communist Bloc, Kantrias, and Sparkalia losing them whatever support they may had initially gathered through sympathy or other means in other regions or organizations.
