Ok so we've been discussing a lot and in the spirit of making concrete progress, I'd like to propose a timetable which we could follow.

Discussion and vote on specific aspects of the government structure (and the model itself although I think we informally agreed on a democratic model):
---until may 1

Presentation and editing of proposed drafts:
---may 2 until may 7

Voting on the proposed constitutions (and ratification):
---may 8 until may 12

I wouldn't object to moving end of discussion a bit closer. Seems to have slowed down for the last couple days as everyone has their vote in on the issues up at vote...

perfect for me. I've already offered my thoughts, but I'll be away on a work trip for the next few days, but I'll be back by the 3rd.

Edited.

Perhaps the sitting congres can motion this to vote?

To be honest, I don't see the point in doing this via the people's congress. According to the law, the constitution can't even be repealed anyway. I have basically not been paying much mind to the PRL constructs because most people feel that a popular consensus is an adequate justification for a new Constitution.

Now that I think about it, perhaps we should add that option to this constitution.
