2. The signatories will not attempt to subvert or undermine one another's legitimate and sovereign governments in any form.<br />
The signatories will not in any way initiate or participate in espionage, subterfuge, or other clandestine operations against one another. For this purpose, a "clandestine operation" is one or more persons acting under false pretenses in one signatory's home region or regional forum, without that signatory's knowledge, and at the behest of the other signatory.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Section III - Communication</span><br />
<br />
1. In the event of a security-related contingency or compromise of another feeder, sinker, or mutual ally, the signatories will inform each other of their respective positions and share pertinent information regarding the matter without unduly risking sensitive information or jeopardizing operations.<br />
1.1 All information shared shall be kept confidential for use of the receiving signatory’s government only unless the release of such information is explicitly allowed by the providing signatory<br />

Preamble<br />
<br />
The Anti-Pacific Coalition was formed to stand up against acts of aggression and subversion perpetrated against many regions, user-created and game-created alike, by the New Pacific Order. United in our resolve to continue combating any hostile acts by that regime, we, the signatories of this treaty, commit to collective defense in response to any act of aggression by the New Pacific Order against any other signatory. An attack by the New Pacific Order against one signatory will be considered an attack by the New Pacific Order against all signatories. We stand united and resolute in continued diplomatic opposition to the New Pacific Order, and against any threat that regime may pose to the sovereignty and stability of our regions.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article I. Diplomatic Provisions</span><br />
<br />
Diplomatic recognition<br />
<br />
(1) The signatories recognize each other's legal governments as the legitimate governments of each other's respective regions.<br />
<br />
(2) Diplomatic recognition will be applicable to the governments established by the constitutions or similarly binding legal documents in force in each signatory at the time this treaty was enacted, and any legally enacted successor governments.<br />
<br />
Diplomatic restrictions<br />

(3) The signatories will not maintain diplomatic, military, or cultural relations of any kind with the Pacific while it is governed by the New Pacific Order or any successor regime sanctioned by the New Pacific Order.<br />

(5) The signatories' World Assembly Delegates will not vote in favor of offensive measures against each other in the World Assembly Security Council, if such measures are sponsored by the New Pacific Order or any member of the New Pacific Order. Offensive measures include condemnation, involuntary liberation of each other's home regions, or involuntary liberation of third party regions occupied by each other's military forces.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article II. Military Provisions</span><br />
<br />

<br />
(1) The signatories will not engage in military hostilities against each other's home regions. Participation of the signatories on opposite sides of a military engagement in a third party region will never be interpreted as a violation of this provision.<br />

(2) To the extent practicable, the signatories will provide each other with defensive military assistance in the event of an attack on a signatory's home region by the New Pacific Order or any member of the New Pacific Order, provided such assistance is requested by the signatory's legitimate government.<br />

Additional military cooperation<br />

(3) The signatories may cooperate in executing joint military operations against the New Pacific Order, in the Pacific or in third party regions, when available and as consistent with each signatory's laws and policies.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article III. Administrative Provisions</span><br />
<br />
Administration of the Anti-Pacific Coalition<br />
<br />
(1) Each signatory will designate a representative to the Anti-Pacific Coalition. Signatory representatives will be designated according to each signatory's laws and policies.<br />
<br />
(2) Signatory representatives may, by absolute majority vote, designate a signatory citizen or equivalent member as Chief Organizer of the Anti-Pacific Coalition. Signatory representatives may dismiss the Chief Organizer by absolute majority vote.<br />
<br />
(3) The Chief Organizer may appoint signatory citizens or equivalent members as additional Organizers to assist in organizing operations conducted by and through the Anti-Pacific Coalition, and may dismiss such Organizers. Appointment and dismissal of Organizers will be subject to approval by absolute majority vote of signatory representatives.<br />
<br />
(4) Altino will be the Owner of the Anti-Pacific Coalition Discord server. Should Altino wish to transfer ownership, the new Owner will be designated by absolute majority vote of signatory representatives. Following such transfer, any future transfer will be to an Owner designated by absolute majority vote of signatory representatives. The Owner may designate additional server administrators and moderators and may dismiss such administrators and moderators.<br />
<br />
Initial signatories and addition of signatories<br />
<br />
(5) The initial signatories of this treaty will include all regions that have previously participated in the Anti-Pacific Coalition, have been invited to sign this treaty by the pre-treaty Organizers, and have legally enacted this treaty according to their laws and policies.<br />
<br />
(6) Regions that do not meet the above criteria may be added as signatories if approved by a three-fifths vote of signatory representatives, conditional upon their legal enactment of this treaty according to their laws and policies.<br />
<br />
Expulsion and withdrawal of signatories<br />
<br />
(7) A signatory may be expelled from the Anti-Pacific Coalition if approved by a three-fifths vote of signatory representatives. The representative of the signatory subject to the expulsion vote may not vote in the expulsion vote.<br />
<br />
(8) A signatory may withdraw from the Anti-Pacific Coalition upon legally repealing this treaty according to their laws and policies and providing seven days notice of withdrawal to the other signatories via the Anti-Pacific Coalition Discord server.<br />
<br />
Amendment of this treaty<br />
<br />
(9) An amendment to this treaty may be proposed by three-fifths vote of signatory representatives, at which time it will be referred to signatories for ratification. An amendment will be adopted if ratified by three-fifths of signatories according to each signatory's laws and policies, after which each remaining signatory will have 30 days to ratify the amendment or be considered to have automatically withdrawn from the Anti-Pacific Coalition.<br />
<br />
(10) Official copies of this treaty will be maintained in public view by signatory representatives, and updated to reflect amendments.<br />

(1) Each signatory will designate a representative to the Anti-Pacific Coalition. Signatory representatives will be designated according to each signatory's laws and policies.<br />
<br />
(2) Signatory representatives may, by absolute majority vote, designate a signatory citizen or equivalent member as Chief Organizer of the Anti-Pacific Coalition. Signatory representatives may dismiss the Chief Organizer by absolute majority vote.<br />
<br />
(3) The Chief Organizer may appoint signatory citizens or equivalent members as additional Organizers to assist in organizing operations conducted by and through the Anti-Pacific Coalition, and may dismiss such Organizers. Appointment and dismissal of Organizers will be subject to approval by absolute majority vote of signatory representatives.<br />
<br />
(4) Altino will be the Owner of the Anti-Pacific Coalition Discord server. Should Altino wish to transfer ownership, the new Owner will be designated by absolute majority vote of signatory representatives. Following such transfer, any future transfer will be to an Owner designated by absolute majority vote of signatory representatives. The Owner may designate additional server administrators and moderators and may dismiss such administrators and moderators.<br />
<br />
Initial signatories and addition of signatories<br />
<br />
(5) The initial signatories of this treaty will include all regions that have previously participated in the Anti-Pacific Coalition, have been invited to sign this treaty by the pre-treaty Organizers, and have legally enacted this treaty according to their laws and policies.<br />
<br />
(6) Regions that do not meet the above criteria may be added as signatories if approved by a three-fifths vote of signatory representatives, conditional upon their legal enactment of this treaty according to their laws and policies.<br />
<br />
Expulsion and withdrawal of signatories<br />
<br />
(7) A signatory may be expelled from the Anti-Pacific Coalition if approved by a three-fifths vote of signatory representatives. The representative of the signatory subject to the expulsion vote may not vote in the expulsion vote.<br />
<br />
(8) A signatory may withdraw from the Anti-Pacific Coalition upon legally repealing this treaty according to their laws and policies and providing seven days notice of withdrawal to the other signatories via the Anti-Pacific Coalition Discord server.<br />
<br />
Amendment of this treaty<br />
<br />
(9) An amendment to this treaty may be proposed by three-fifths vote of signatory representatives, at which time it will be referred to signatories for ratification. An amendment will be adopted if ratified by three-fifths of signatories according to each signatory's laws and policies, after which each remaining signatory will have 30 days to ratify the amendment or be considered to have automatically withdrawn from the Anti-Pacific Coalition.<br />

(3) Should the government of a signatory voluntarily disband while in exile, the other is freed from the commitments of Article 1, Sections 1 and 2. Additionally, if the new government refuses to recognize this treaty, it is automatically dissolved.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 2: Pact of Non-Aggression</span><br />
<br />
(1) Both signatories hereby pledge to not invade, raid, or otherwise attack the other’s region or any possessions they may have, nor aid any faction, government, or party to do so.<br />
(2) Both signatories agree that the deployment of military forces on the opposite side of the other in another region that is not the possession of either does not constitute aggression against either of the signatories.<br />
(3) If planned and agreed upon by the governments and military forces of both signatories, both military forces may engage in offensive raiding or defending action against each other for training purposes, or for their mutual pleasure.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 3: Mutual Defense</span><br />
<br />
(1) Both signatories pledge to defend one another militarily against any invasions or similar crises they may suffer.<br />
(2) Both signatories pledge to send any military forces they possess at the request of the other in order to facilitate legitimate delegacy transitions, or in cases of emergency.<br />
(3) Both signatories agree that they shall not aid an enemy at war with the other. If a region declares war on one of these signatories, the other may only choose to stay neutral or aid the signatory in question.<br />
(4) If one of the signatories does not possess any military forces and is called upon the other by the provisions set in Article 3, Sections 1 to 3, they must assemble a military force at the earliest opportunity.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 4: Protection Against Infiltration</span><br />
<br />
(1) Both signatories pledge to inform the other’s government and any relevant intelligence services of any evidence they may have of espionage, infiltration, subversion, manipulation, or conspiracy against the other. They shall also inform the other of any conspiracies to commit any crimes in the other’s jurisdictions.<br />
(2) Both signatories pledge to cooperate on matters of intelligence and security.<br />
(3) Both signatories pledge to punish any of their citizens convicted by the other of acting against the other signatory through espionage, infiltration, subversion, manipulation, or conspiracy. They may choose to hold a trial for any of these crimes, or punish the individuals outright. In the latter case, both governments must negotiate any punishments to be given to the individuals in question.<br />
(4) Both signatories shall condemn any acts of espionage, infiltration, subversion, manipulation, or conspiracy against the other if the target of these acts confirm it.<br />
(5) Both signatories pledge to never commit acts of espionage, infiltration, subversion, manipulation, or conspiracy against the other, or aid any faction, government, or party to do so.<br />
(6) If the government of any of the two signatories fail to fulfill the obligations of Article 4, Sections 1 to 5, they must formally and publicly apologize for this.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 5: Cultural Cooperation</span><br />
<br />
(1) The relevant cultural authorities of both signatories shall actively cooperate on matters of culture, which may include festivals, games, roleplays, mafia, newspapers, radio shows, podcasts, graphic design, and others. At least one of these must be done annually as a bilateral event, unless in times of emergency. Furthermore, the relevant cultural authorities of both signatories are encouraged to do more than the required one bilateral event per year.<br />
(2) The relevant cultural authorities of both signatories are encouraged to plan and cooperate on a festival celebrating the passage of this treaty.<br />
(3) Citizens of Lazarus and Osiris are welcome to visit the other’s region and engage in events of cultural significance and to have fun with the other’s community.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 6: Provisions of Ratification, Amendment and Repeal</span><br />
<br />
(1) Both signatories shall activate their legal mechanisms relevant to ratify a treaty after they agree to do so.<br />
(2) If a signatory wishes to amend this document, they must negotiate with the other to do so. After this, the same legal mechanisms in each region relevant to ratify a treaty shall be activated to adopt these agreed amendments. If one region refuses these amendments, they are to not be adopted.<br />
(3) If a signatory wishes to dissolve this treaty, they must notify, by any means of communication available and possible, their intention to dissolve said treaty to the other. After this, the legal mechanisms relevant to dissolve a treaty shall be activated in the region of the requesting signatory.<br />
(4) The signatories may dissolve this treaty by mutual consent. The legal mechanisms relevant to dissolve a treaty must be activated, and if at least one region decides to repeal, the treaty is declared null and void with immediate effect.       </blockquote>

<span style="font-style: italic;" class="mycode_i">A treaty to define the fraternal and amiable form of the relationship between the regions of Lazarus and Osiris.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 1: Recognition</span><br />
<br />
(1) The Osiris Fraternal Order and its legal successors shall recognize the government established by the Twelfth Mandate of Lazarus and any of its legal successors as the legitimate government of the region of Lazarus.<br />
(2) The government established by the Twelfth Mandate of Lazarus and its legal successors shall recognize the Osiris Fraternal Order and any of its legal successors as the legitimate government of the region of Osiris.<br />
(3) Should the government of a signatory voluntarily disband while in exile, the other is freed from the commitments of Article 1, Sections 1 and 2. Additionally, if the new government refuses to recognize this treaty, it is automatically dissolved.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 2: Pact of Non-Aggression</span><br />
<br />
(1) Both signatories hereby pledge to not invade, raid, or otherwise attack the other’s region or any possessions they may have, nor aid any faction, government, or party to do so.<br />
(2) Both signatories agree that the deployment of military forces on the opposite side of the other in another region that is not the possession of either does not constitute aggression against either of the signatories.<br />
(3) If planned and agreed upon by the governments and military forces of both signatories, both military forces may engage in offensive raiding or defending action against each other for training purposes, or for their mutual pleasure.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 3: Mutual Defense</span><br />
<br />
(1) Both signatories pledge to defend one another militarily against any invasions or similar crises they may suffer.<br />
(2) Both signatories pledge to send any military forces they possess at the request of the other in order to facilitate legitimate delegacy transitions, or in cases of emergency.<br />
(3) Both signatories agree that they shall not aid an enemy at war with the other. If a region declares war on one of these signatories, the other may only choose to stay neutral or aid the signatory in question.<br />
(4) If one of the signatories does not possess any military forces and is called upon the other by the provisions set in Article 3, Sections 1 to 3, they must assemble a military force at the earliest opportunity.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 4: Protection Against Infiltration</span><br />
<br />
(1) Both signatories pledge to inform the other’s government and any relevant intelligence services of any evidence they may have of espionage, infiltration, subversion, manipulation, or conspiracy against the other. They shall also inform the other of any conspiracies to commit any crimes in the other’s jurisdictions.<br />
(2) Both signatories pledge to cooperate on matters of intelligence and security.<br />
(3) Both signatories pledge to punish any of their citizens convicted by the other of acting against the other signatory through espionage, infiltration, subversion, manipulation, or conspiracy. They may choose to hold a trial for any of these crimes, or punish the individuals outright. In the latter case, both governments must negotiate any punishments to be given to the individuals in question.<br />
(4) Both signatories shall condemn any acts of espionage, infiltration, subversion, manipulation, or conspiracy against the other if the target of these acts confirm it.<br />
(5) Both signatories pledge to never commit acts of espionage, infiltration, subversion, manipulation, or conspiracy against the other, or aid any faction, government, or party to do so.<br />
(6) If the government of any of the two signatories fail to fulfill the obligations of Article 4, Sections 1 to 5, they must formally and publicly apologize for this.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 5: Cultural Cooperation</span><br />
<br />
(1) The relevant cultural authorities of both signatories shall actively cooperate on matters of culture, which may include festivals, games, roleplays, mafia, newspapers, radio shows, podcasts, graphic design, and others. At least one of these must be done annually as a bilateral event, unless in times of emergency. Furthermore, the relevant cultural authorities of both signatories are encouraged to do more than the required one bilateral event per year.<br />
(2) The relevant cultural authorities of both signatories are encouraged to plan and cooperate on a festival celebrating the passage of this treaty.<br />
(3) Citizens of Lazarus and Osiris are welcome to visit the other’s region and engage in events of cultural significance and to have fun with the other’s community.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Article 6: Provisions of Ratification, Amendment and Repeal</span><br />
<br />
(1) Both signatories shall activate their legal mechanisms relevant to ratify a treaty after they agree to do so.<br />
(2) If a signatory wishes to amend this document, they must negotiate with the other to do so. After this, the same legal mechanisms in each region relevant to ratify a treaty shall be activated to adopt these agreed amendments. If one region refuses these amendments, they are to not be adopted.<br />
(3) If a signatory wishes to dissolve this treaty, they must notify, by any means of communication available and possible, their intention to dissolve said treaty to the other. After this, the legal mechanisms relevant to dissolve a treaty shall be activated in the region of the requesting signatory.<br />
(4) The signatories may dissolve this treaty by mutual consent. The legal mechanisms relevant to dissolve a treaty must be activated, and if at least one region decides to repeal, the treaty is declared null and void with immediate effect.       </blockquote>
