Appointment: Kingdom of Napels/joWhatup as Director of Public Relations - Roavin - 03-09-2020
Shareholders of Lazarus,
@"joWhatup" has been appointed to serve as Director of Public Relations. As per Mandate 12 IV.6, this appointment is subject to a simple majority confirmation by the Shareholders of Lazarus.

That's where Kingdom of Napels (who has a steady head and showed a talent for helping others get involved during his time as Guard Director) and Debussy (who has helped conduct multiple IM projects and shown an appetite for more in the same direction) come in. I look forward to working with them more in the future, so please consider supporting them as Directors when their appointments come before the Assembly!

Does the nominee think that his being the Khan of LWU will strain relations with our ally Osiris-whom have proscribed that region-or prevent Lazarus from properly developing the relationships with defender regions I sought during my time in office?

I do not. Past Foreign Ministers have been part of proscribed regions before me - Ryccia, when he was in office, was a citizen of the South Pacific, proscribed at the time by Osiris.
In regards to relations with defender regions, I do not think it will be an issue - if defender regions wish to have relations with us, they have to respect the fact that raiders are allowed to be in an office like the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Given we are home to both raiders and defenders, and this has so far not deterred any defender regions who wish to have relations with us, I do not believe this to be an issue now or in the future.
