Just noting, since I was one of the ones who raised objections to 4:3, that I'm willing to vote for the treaty and work on amending it later.
In regard to the mistakes, things happen and we can learn from them and do better in the future. Good to have you back to full activity @Imkihca.

Given these assurances, I am prepared to vote in favour.
Our cabinet must amend the controversial sections before governments and interpretations change, though.
