Shareholders of Lazarus,
Lazarene Elections Act Section 6 specifies Instant-Runoff Voting for this election. Following is the detailed breakdown of each round of counting. For the first round, all cast ballots were tallied except that the fifth preference on a ballet, if present, was removed for ease of counting as it does not affect the process. In successive rounds, the ballots were tallied again but with any eliminated preferences removed. Any ballots that become empty due to the elimination is counted as Abstain.
