Continuance of First Citizen Term

Section 1. Continuance of First Citizen Term
(1) @New Rogernomics will represent the the interests of the Executive Council as Prime Minister for the term established in the last election.
(2) The Prime Minister may issue directives to set public policy for ministries and all their programs and activities. Such directives will remain in effect unless rescinded or amended by the Executive Council.
(3) The Prime Minister may appoint Cabinet Ministers, Deputy Ministers, regional representatives, and any other officials deemed necessary to carry out the duties, programs, and activities of the ministries.
Section 2. Limitations
(1) This shall provide time for the Executive Council to discuss and establish itself in accordance with the Executive Council Restructuring Amendment (March 2024), and this continuance may be revoked by vote at a later date.
This vote shall require two-thirds vote to pass, and shall last Five days. Executive Council members eligible to vote may vote "Aye" or "Mmph" or "For," "Nay" or "Against," or "Abstain" or "Present."
