This ban and/or ejection shall authorize if considered necessary due to their spamming, the nation(s) Theempi, Theemp, Bronislandian Theempi, and their other affiliated nations in NationStates.

Limitation on Holding Office

Recently, Clorinda presented the Council for Lazarene Security with logs which showed then Prime Minister Domais proposing the recall of our Delegate through a proxy, John Laurens.

In the interests of regional stability, Treadwellia and the Council hoped he would not release these logs, given previous conversations with Clorinda on the matter.

In spite of this, Clorinda motioned for Domais' recall and published the conversation for the furtherance of his own political goals.

In doing so, he has broken faith with the security apparatus and with the region.

In response, the Council shall vote to prohibit him from holding any political office. This will not be reviewed until the end of August 2022.

Permanent Ban from Lazarus: John Laurens or Constie

John Laurens or Constie has agitated for the collapse of the Lazarene government in terms of the Delegacy and Prime Ministerial administrations, through various means, and continues to make members of the region both inside and outside of the government uncomfortable with their further participation.

This includes:

a. Being in frequent disputes with regional government, to the point of going after the Delegacy to remove them.
b. Consistently argues for political changes that would imperil the region, and leave Lazarus open to foreign infiltration and control, inclusive of weakening the Council of Lazarene Security and Delegacy to the point they could not hope to adequately defend the region, were Lazarus to be attacked.
c. Seeking to weaken the constitutional powers of the Delegate, and undermine their position in the region, in order to make way for someone else, even though claiming otherwise.
d. Seeking to undermine our neutral alignment, and push for Lazarus to become imperialist, and align against our regional allies, which would not agree with such a change in alignment.
e. Getting into arguments with region members and bringing negativity and political drama to debates, which presents behavior issues for members of government, as well as discord and forum administration and moderation.
f. Threatening holders of positions with recalls, and removal from office, simply for disagreeing with his aims, contrary to what should be the purpose of recalls, actual inability to remain in office, ceasing to exist, or a demonstrable situation where they did not fulfill their office as defined by the mandate.

This leaves the Council of Lazarene Security no alternative but to remove them from the region, as such activity will continue to present itself with their further participation in the region.

The Council of Lazarene Security is now permitted to begin a vote on this.
