Statement on Dropping Mzeusia and Snoodum Indictment

Mzeusia and Snoodum had the same IP at the time that Snoodum made an application, and not being advised of Mzeusia and Snoodum living together till after the application was made, brought on this case, though certain facts have become apparent that allow the dropping of this case:

1) Mzeusia and Snoodum have demonstrated they each have a WA nation at the same time, and the Nationstates moderators have not revoked either,
2) Mzeusia and Snoodum as of the last check show different IPs, so if Snoodum were to apply again they should be able to be passed through to the next stage of application.

I can therefore be legally satisfied that they are separate identities, and drop the case.

It seems important to note that a lack of judges has led to this situation and the extent of time this took to resolve - which has occurred over time as facts presented themselves, and not result of a court resolution when the technical breach in law first occurred. It has not helped that despite continued efforts over months to find candidates that none have presented themselves or accepted a place in the judiciary, and the one instance where one judge was proposed the vote failed. It seems beholden on the Delegacy and Vice-Delegacy to apologize for the length of time this has taken to resolve, and the difficulties Mzeusia and Snoodum have gone through.

Snoodum is welcome to re-apply for Shareholdership and be passed through to the next stage of the application process, where the Director of Shareholdership decides on the application and sends it on to the Chief Executive Officer for approval.

It is hoped that in the future that any similar cases will be resolved in a timely-manner, though this is all dependent on the judges being available to review cases, which has led to this situation.

Permanent Ban from Lazarus

Given that Vaxcorp/Viennaria have:
a) Participated in Lazarus under false pretenses and omitted information from their citizenship application,
b) Made conversations public that were said in confidence in citizens only assembly areas without authorization,
c) Participated in a plot outlined in a TG to offer The Pacific, a waypoint to attack Lazarus, Osiris, and members of the APC,
d) Is part of the same region as the TG threat mentions, and is either a puppet or closely affiliated with it.

It would be a clear threat to the security to Lazarus to ever allow such players to hold citizenship in Lazarus.

This ban shall concern the players: Vaxcorp and Viennaria
