No. Ministers are automatically dismissed after the PMs term ends, either through resignation, removal, or term expiry, I believe.

Why not just keep Ministers around until the end of PM elections? Seems awfully simpler than PM elections.

I agree completely with Chanku. Why overcomplicate things?

Plus, I’d like to add to this: What stops an election from happening and the PM firing ministers, creating an endless cycle?
