As is consistent with past elections, there is no difference in term between a special election or a general election. It will be a new four month term.

I am honored by the nomination. After some brief consideration, I have decided that I don't yet have the experience in Lazarus needed for this role so I'll be declining at this time. But I am very excited for the election that is now ongoing!
