Oke, so I want to definitely continue all the Laz OS stuff because I think it has done a ton to develop the on-site community (and help people become involved in the region in other areas too because they get like interested)! Currently Leonism and Loftegen 2 are helping me with LazART and LazASK since I'm on vacation, and although I'll be willing to do those myself once I'm totally back in service, I really like seeing people like helping out the region in ways like that themselves so I'll be staring at people a ton to help me out...
The LazMAP has been super popular on-site too, and I think maybe organizing RP events like state balls or sponsoring (on the WFE mebbe) competitions that roleplayers organize (they've done a few already) would also help solidify the activity we see in this direction as a solid and encouraged part of our community.
I would like to continue LazENDO... although there are some kind of technical things about it that are making stuff a little harder but I think either I'm going to stare really hard at August or find a fancy coder to dance with mebbe. On a related note, NR and I have been discussing creating a weekly award dispatch of new WA nations endorsing Treadwellia in it so they can like feel good about themselves and other people can see them to endorse them back!
Another idea that I saw happening in TNP and maybe want to steal.. their government officials were like doing Ask Me Anythings on the RMB. I thought that was a really cool thing to do! Like the official people can figure out their plans really nicely and get all straightened out about their goals and the on-site people can get first-hand stares into what's going on in the upper echelons of their region.
Would have to talk about with the cabinet..
Anyway, I think the most important part about On-Site stuff is being around and active and nice and welcoming on the RMB. Tging people when they seem cool asking if they want to like participate in something. Idk, just like loving the region. I intend to do that.

Obviously that's kind of been my passion for a while, but I don't mean to leave off-site people out in the cold either.
I haven't seen people being very interested in RP or festivals or that kind of thing, so I don't think I'll be organizing a TON of that off-site unless winds change suddenly. Most of us are interested in GP, so that's what I'd like to play around with. I briefly did GP Discussion things on Discord in the evening and I'd like to continue doing that when I'm back in action. I'd also like to maybe invite those in other regions to do live interviews-ishes about these topics or something so we'd get different points of views on them than we might find just here in Lazarus.
And also that newspaper thing!
I've been the creator of multiple different NS newspaper lines and am looking forward to working for the Gazette and providing cool news for y'all and other things of the game.
...maybe I am leaving off-site people a little in the cold. Y'all are lame though. >.> I'm sure if I slack off in his job NR will keep me in line though! I hope I can do him proud. ^-^
