The point system was the basis for the LLA's enlisted ranks. The point system sought to provide a quantifiable measure of the activity of a soldier. Soldiers would earn one point for defenses, one point for liberations, and one point for spots.
Ranks of the Lazarene Liberation Army
The Lazarene Liberation Army consisted of various ranks. As soldiers served in the army, they would rank up, earn more authority through their merit, and come to command the militia themselves. It could happen quite quickly if they participated in a few missions. Officers and the Chairman reserved the right to promote and demote soldiers below their rank to any rank lower than their rank.
The Chairman had great interest in the success of the army and rewarded dedication appropriately.
Trooper
Troopers were new soldiers.
High Trooper
High Troopers were soldiers who proved themselves loyal, and who showed enough dedication to participate in multiple military missions. To gain promotion to high trooper, a soldier had to have at least 10 mission points.
Sergeant
Sergeants were dedicated soldiers who proved themselves dedicated enough to regularly participate in update missions. To gain promotion to sergeant, a soldier had to have at least 25 mission points and 1 spot.
Staff Sergeant
Sergeants were dedicated soldiers who had valuable skills useful for army administration and aiding the officer staff. These skills may have include triggering, organizational skills, coding, or others. Staff Sergeants were appointed by the officers as needed and their rank was equivalent to that of Sergeant.
Captain [Officer]
These officers were experienced, skilled, dedicated soldiers who participated in missions regularly and for a consistent period of time. They led updates and missions, operated the military channel, moderated the military forums, trained new members, and organized missions.
General [Officer; Governor]
The General was the most experienced, skilled, and dedicated member of the LLA. They led updates and missions, operated the military channel, moderated the military forums, trained new members, and organized missions. They led the LLA and commanded it; only the Chairman could overrule a General's decision about military affairs.
Chairman [Leader]
The Chairman was the leader of Lazarus and the Lazarene Liberation Army.
