If a member of the The Lazarene High Chamber be absent for 2 weeks without prior notice, or resign from their position, The Seneschal shall replace that member or if the Monarch chooses so, he or she may call for snap elections or replace the absent minister. A member of the High Chamber is absent without notice if he/she fails to post the details of his/her absence on the forums prior to leaving the region. If a minister is planning an absence which shall exceed a period of 1 week, he/she must appoint a deputy to serve in his/her absence.
