Title
1. This shall be titled the Basic Laws and Procedures for Warzone Sandbox Omnibus Amendment Act

Amendments
2. Sections 1 and 2 shall be place

3. All instances of "Governor" shall be replaced with the Imperial Chancellor.

4. Section 1 shall be amended to read as follows:
"1. The Imperial Chancellor shall hold the position of WA Delegate and shall exercise all legal authority over Warzone Sandbox unless otherwise delegated in this document or by decree."

5. Section 4 shall be placed before Section 3 and re-numbered Section 3 with the previous section 3 renumbered as section 4.

6. Section 3 shall be amended to read as follows:
"4. All citizens of the government of Warzone Sandbox, as established by this document, shall have the following rights guarenteed to them:
a) The Right to Speak and Worship freely without punishment by the Government.
b) The Right to protest the Government for a redress of grievances.
c) The Right to Manage their citizenship nation as they wish, except for Citizenship Requirements or for Endorsement Caps
d) No Person may be compelled to join or participate within any regional, or interregional, organization in order to gain or maintain citizenship."

7. The Preamble shall be amended to read as follows:
"In order to cement a basic set of laws and procedures for Warzone Sandbox I, Chanku L. Kaizer, the Imperial Chancellor of WZSB with the assent of the Citizens of Warzone Sandbox do hereby enact the following consitution until such a time that a more permanent government and constitution can be formed."
