In order to cement a basic set of laws and procedures for Warzone Sandbox I, the Governor of WZSB with the assent of the Citizens of Warzone Sandbox do hereby enact the following rules into law until such a time that a more permanent government and constitution can be formed.

1. The Governor shall hold the position of WA Delegate and shall exercise all legal authority over Warzone Sandbox unless otherwise delegated in this document.

2. The Governor shall be able to pass laws, repeal laws, amend laws, and enter treaties, along with anything else necessary and proper for the functioning of the region.

3. The People shall be granted the right to speak freely, worship freely, protest the Governor for a redress of grievances. They shall be able to manage their nation as they wish with the only exception being WA Endorsement Caps.

4. The Governor has the right to select a successor at his or her leisure.

5. This document can not be amended or otherwise edited unless voted upon by the majority of the citizens of Warzone Sandbox and agreed to by the Governor.

6. Unless otherwise specified a citizen shall be one if they have a nation in Warzone Sandbox.

7. This document shall take effect when ratified by the majority of the citizens of Warzone Sandbox.
