Given that the current government has the Imperial Chancellor as the center of Government and if I were to disappear so would the stability and the Government of Warzone Sandbox, I am setting up this act as the basis of succession for the position.

1. The Position shall be first offered to the Selected Successor of the Current Imperial Chancellor.

2. Should the Selected Successor be unable or unwilling, or nonexistent then each minister shall be offered the position in order of descending seniority.

3. Should all of the Ministers be unable or unwilling, or should there be no ministers, then the position shall fall to the Speaker of the Assembly of Shells.

4. Should the Speaker of the Assembly of Shells be unable or unwilling, or nonexistent, then the citizens of the region shall elect a new Imperial Chancellor over a period not to exceed two weeks.

5. Should the Citizenship be restricted with the election falling through then all the nations within the region of Warzone Sandbox shall be granted the authority to elect a new Imperial Chancellor, within a period not to exceed a month.

6. Each person shall have a limit of one month to respond, and accept, the position of Imperial Chancellor. Should they fail to do so it shall move on. Should the person Cease to Exist during this period then it shall move on regardless.

7. The position shall only be given to a higher person, should an emergency have occurred, such as the loss of control of the region of Warzone Sandbox similar to the Esamir Invasion of Warzone Sandbox back in 2015.

8. Should, after a period not to exceed a year, no Imperial Chancellor successor become selected, then the Imperial Chancellor position shall be open until it can be filled, or until a new government comes to power. Should a new government come to power no action, by any member of this government, may be taken against the people or the citizens of the new government and this government shall be considered disbanded.
