Given that our Declarations are legally questionable, as they are from before the establishment of our Constitution. Further they are a bit of a mess, however, this act takes Precedence over Declaration 002 and 006, both form the basis of our Citizenship laws prior to the Constitution.

Citizenship Requirements
1. All Citizens are required to have a Nation within the Region of Warzone Sandbox. The Imperial Chancellor, or their designee, must be informed of any Citizenship Nation change within twenty-four hours after the change or any time prior to the change.

2. Citizenship must be applied for through the forums, or sent to the nation of the Imperial Chancellor or their designee.

Emergency Requirements
3. Citizenship Nations may, during times of Emergency, be required to join the World Assembly, or participate in the regional military, unless this is otherwise required by other Regions that a person holds Citizenship in.

4. Should the control of the region be lost through an invasion of the region, and the Citizens be ejected, then all Citizens shall be required to move to Warzone Asia to retain their Citizenship status until control may be regained.

Grandfather Clause
5. Any Nation holding Citizenship as Granted by the Constitution shall be allowed to hold Citizenship without signing up for it on the forums. They may additionally request Citizenship through the application on the forum. They shall still be held to the requirements as stated under Section 3 and 4 of this Act.
