Given that we now have our own Constitution I believe that the first act should be to setup a semi-functioning government that can run should the Governor disappear. With this I form five new ministries: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Ministry of Culture, The Ministry of Language, and The Ministry of Immigration.

The duties of the Ministries shall be as follows:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs: They shall be tasked with creating and managing the Embassies and Relations between us and other regions. This Ministry shall have the authority to create Foreign Updates and other dispatch, select ambassadors, and handle general discussions between us and other regions. They shall also be tasked with the responsibility of selecting ambassadors to Non-English speaking regions and to help bring us closer to those regions.

The Ministry of Culture: They shall be tasked with establishing a regional culture. This includes the creation and management of RP's for the region along with the running of festivals and regional events.

The Ministry of Immigration: They shall be tasked with recruitment of Nations to the region, along with helping them integrate into the region. This Ministry shall be responsible for helping out the growth of the region.

The Ministry of Information: They shall be tasked with running state-sponsored media and translating all Warzone Sandbox documents into other languages.

The Ministry of Language: This is a new ministry that I don't see any other regions implementing. The Ministry of Language shall help translate our documents into other languages, this includes Foreign Dispatch. The Ministry of Language will also have the responsibility to help bring our region closer to the non-english regions that we may form embassies with. They may also choose the ambassadors for the non-english speaking regions instead of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. However the members of this Ministry are expected to be good in the languages they are selected for.

With these ministries formed, I expect that our citizens shall aspire to help the region grow and expand. These Ministries are the first that have been officially formed since the founding of the Kurwan Government, and they may be empty. So with this I form and establish these ministries.
