With the ratification of the Warzone Human Rights Commission Treaty within our region, the treaty may not be entirely considered as self-executing, as such the following declaration shall act as law regarding the treaty and the enactment of it's requirements 1. On the matter of the representative for the Warzone Human Rights Commission, as stipulated within Article I Section 2 of the Treaty, the representative shall be selected by the Imperial Chancellor at his or her discretion, and shall serve at the discretion of the Imperial Chancellor. In the absence of an appointment, the duties shall be the Imperial Chancellor. The representative shall represent the interests of the government of Warzone Sandbox and its people. 2. We affirm that we will uphold all obligations contained within Article I of the Treaty, to the best of the ability of the government. 3. The Imperial Chancellor hereby grants authority to the Warzone Human Rights Commission to organize and execute military operations in accordance with the mission of the Commission, name and sanction regions which are a threat to the fundamental principals of the Commission and the Interim Empire, and to conduct diplomacy with regions and organizations to further the Commission's goals. 4. Under the powers granted in Section 3, Warzone Sandbox states its intent to join any optional protocols and agreements in supplement to the treaty of the Warzone Human Rights Commission. 5. Any region or organization declared by the Warzone Human Rights Commission to be Harmful and/or Oppressive, shall be considered proscribed and no recognition shall be extended to any colonies of such a region within the Warzones, nor shall any member of such a group or region be permitted within the region of Warzone Sandbox, and any citizen that is a member of shall be stripped of Citizenship, within the discretion of the Imperial Chancellor. 6. Any action taken or undergone by the Warzone Human Rights Commission shall be considered under the jurisdiction of Warzone Sandbox, and may be tried or challenged within the region. 7. The Imperial Chancellor has the discretion to reverse or oppose any action taken by the Warzone Human Rights Commission, including powers granted under Section 3 of this declaration. 8. Should a violation of Article III Section 1 through Section 3 occur at any time, Warzone Sandbox reserves the right to consider the treaty as void at the discretion of the Imperial Chancellor. In the event of that occurring this declaration is to be void and Warzone Sandbox shall no longer be a member to the treaty, and the representative shall be dissmissed and the position dissolved. 9. Should Warzone Sandbox cease to be a member of the Warzone Human Rights Commission, either due to withdrawal or expulsion, this declaration shall become void. 10. This Declaration shall only take effect upon the ratification of the Warzone Human Rights Treaty, as specified within the treaty.
