This is for discussions over potential changes to our current Executive branch (The Imperial Chancellor). This may include creating an elected position aside from the Chancellor or replacing the Chancellor with a entirely elected position or somewhere in between. This is also for discussion of ministries. |

I believe the office of the Imperial Chancellor is valuable, as maintaining a consistent WA delegate will keep the region safe. However, along side the Imperial Chancellor, I believe there should be a democratically elected role, a Prime Minister, to serve on the executive branch. After the senate (proposed in the discussions of the Legislative Branch) has been elected, senators would nominate themselves or they're peers for the role of Prime Minister. The senators would proceed to discuss and eventually vote, and the senates pick must then be approved by the Imperial Chancellor. They then receive the honor of being the Prime Minister. Both members of the executive branch maintain the right to; -Veto any laws passed by the senate (unless they pass with over a two-third majority) -Take command the military in times of crisis. -Propose bills to the senate. The Imperial Chancellor has the right to dismiss the Prime Minister should they feel the Prime Minister is not performing adequately. The Prime Minister, along with a two-thirds majority of the senate, has the right to dismiss the Imperial Chancellor. The Prime Minister will become acting Chancellor only until a new Chancellor is adequately chosen. The Prime Minister can also appoint ministers from members of the senate, but they're Cabinet must be approved by the Chancellor |

I don't mind your system, except for the part of dismissing an Imperial Chancellor. The Imperial Chancellor exists sole for the protection of the government and the community. With the Imperial Chancellor, a benevolent Chancellor can destroy a corrupt system and replace it with a new one. A dictatorial Chancellor can be replaced by the rebellion of the community. |

Rebellion is what we're trying to avoid. There should be a diplomatic way of deposing of the Chancellor, however we must ensure it cannot abused. |

You mean political way? A diplomatic way would be having discussions with the Chancellor and talking them down from their position. If that doesn't work then what makes you think a political way would work? |
