Chancellor Emeritus Posts: 249 Group: Admins Member #2 Joined: Nov 8, 2015	Given that the government is failing, and given the need to reform I have decided upon the following things to enact for our region in order to make it better. 1. The immediate dissolution of the Assembly of Shells. This is not an act that I take lightly, and with it's dissolution comes the repeal of Decree 002, the Advisory Assembly Act. 2. The immediate dissolution of all Ministries of Warzone Sandbox. As such Decree 001, the Ministry Act, is hereby dissolved. This is also not an act I take lightly, as this is uprooting the system of governance formed since the formation of our government. 3. Given the dissolution of the Assembly of Shells and the desire to restructure our government, a convention shall be formed. The purpose of the convention shall be to determine how to restructure the government to best suit the region at this point and time, and to set forth a road map into the future. 4. I also hereby form the Interim Imperial Council, a group of fellow citizens that I can trust upon to not only help advise me, but also to help run the region and help perform duties we need done. With this I call upon all of the region, all citizens who care for our region to participate in this convention. I also would like it for all citizens to join the World Assembly and to endorse me for the security of our region. It should be noted this act does not suspend the constitution of the region at all.
