Chancellor Emeritus Posts: 249 Group: Admins Member #2 Joined: Nov 8, 2015	Hello everyone, today I address you concerning the state of the Interim Imperial Government, the state of the Empire, the state of our Region. I address you today not only as the Chancellor, but also as a fellow citizen of the region. I will give this to you honestly and simply, we have fallen a bit. We are not as active, nor as secure, a we once were. However we are still here. We are still here with fifty-eight (58) days with the delegacy, with no raids for nearly two months now. We have had no raids, and we have had less endorsements than most points in the history of our government, this shows us one thing, we are not done here yet. We will never be done here. When the Empire was established, a little over a year ago now, we had plans. Those plans were to create a stable government, a stable region for all people to enjoy. We are succedeing in that, as we have created the single most stable government in Warzone Sandbox history. However we are not done. While it is true we have fallen, we are still here. We are still alive. We have survived. If we can survive this long, if we can survive two delegate changes and not get raided, then we have a chance. However we all must be willing to work and fight for it. As such I can not help bring us back into power alone, and I couldn't do it in the first place anyway. I need everyone here, every citizen and nation to work together to bring our region back. I can not do this alone, I need a John the Cappadocian, a Tribonian, a Bellasarious, a Procopius, and everyone else. We can rebuild, and we will succede, but we but give it our all. As such I have decided to make some changes to the region. In the coming days I will tear apart some parts of the government, and build up others. I plan to rebuild the Assembly into something larger and more powerful. I plan on reworking our ministries. I plan on increasing our recruitment levels. However I can not do this alone, no one can. We must come together and work to rebuild. We can become strong again, and in fact we can become stronger than we were in the past, but I need everyone to help. Signed, Chanku L.
