Raiders can't, that's for sure. Foiling many operations and uncovering many people's wrongdoings is a staple of BT's pre-retirement career, and he does it by talking to people and being just exceedingly cool. Many TBH raids were foiled this way, so much so that TBH ended up purging its best soldier (Derpsy). I nominate Tim ... is it a surprise that Tim is involved in seedy shady places? I'm not. Tim gets around and knows his peeps, and if he wants to know something, he usually has a way to find out. I just sometimes wish I knew how.
