He displays an interesting and fascinating dynamic of authority, fun, and sarcastic condescension that is unmatched and, for some reason, really gets the people both pumped and in line. I third United States of Vietnam Vietnam is quite different from Tim - he's not the big loud voice booming across Libcord. What he is, however, is a very shrewd tactician, an exceptional trigger setter and caller, and one that takes great care in making sure that the troops know exactly what they need to do.
