His training isn't just "yeah, there's update and you can only update once per nation". He explains how update works in great detail and tries things out with recruits personally. Furthermore, he believes in quickly passing on knowledge, and does not mind explaining and teaching things such as regular triggering, the rare and elusive skill of API triggering, and influence rules to people that are still relatively new but obviously active and showing potential.
