No, he hasn't made the most number of updates, or led a bunch of liberations, or any of that. But Jack is, even when it's not visible, one of the primary reasons for the success of the Wardens. Many things that were implemented organizationally either were significantly influenced by Jack's seasoned and reasoned view, or outright sourced by Jack. Furthermore, Jack has made sure that Wardens have not flown off the handle completely with full memery. What many don't realize is the massive amount of respect Jack holds within the Warden Commander chambers - more so than anybody else there - and it's his opinion more than anybody else's that we actively seek out when we're confronted with an issue.
