The Landsmeet has officially started! The Landsmeet is designed to be a regional-discussion in which we contemplate the implementation of a possible government system and expanding cultural activities within the region. It's come to our attention that the vast majority of our region is tailored towards those that are only involved in military gameplay in NationStates. We want to establish further options for other people in our community to get involved and expand what we can all do together! We're allowing anyone who has joined us in the region to participate in the discussion as it's you who we want to get involved. To get into the exclusive Landsmeet discussion forum, reply to this thread filling out the application below.

Nation Name: Blight-Bane Are you familiar with the Dragon Age franchise and its related lore?: I've heard of it. No real in-depth knowledge though. Things you'd like to see in the region (optional): As you stated in the OP, the region is generally focused on military gameplay. I've been thinking about the efficacy of a foreign affairs department. We could provide detailed information to vulnerable regions on how to protect themselves from invasion, and reach out to newly founded regions. I presume most players that found new regions have no idea of their potential as an invasion target until it's happened. Most probably don't visit the NS-GP forum for help either. Speaking of which, we could also focus on raider propaganda there, countering it when necessary, freeing members to concentrate on military matters. I think 3 people would suffice. One with considerable knowledge of NS history, regional politics, and military affairs. Another that can keep a cool head when baited by raiders, and someone with formatting and design experience. Any questions concerning the Landsmeet: No questions yet, but I do like this idea.
