How does your administrative team operate?

Posts: 9 Group: Members Member #130 Joined: Dec 16, 2017	This topic has to do with the administration of the administrative team (if you pardon the pun!). Basically, how does your administrative team come to decisions. Some things to consider with this topic: How are new admins chosen? How many admins are needed to make key decisions Are the same people admins across platforms? Are there Jr. admins or moderators in the mix?

Posts: 2 Group: Members Member #69 Joined: Dec 14, 2017	Right now we have me (root admin) and our founder, so our administrative team basically operates via private message. We can generally agree on things (yes the military sections of the forum shouldn't be public view, no we don't want to enforce COPPA.)
