Union of the Yulb Posts: 15 Group: Members Member #27 Joined: Dec 14, 2017	We have a government system where literally anyone in the Union of the Yulb can propose a law, regulation, constitutional amendment, or legislation. In the spirit of the NS world fair, I'm going to say that ANYONE can propose a law, regulation, constitutional amendmant, or legislation! And they will take effect immediately! Note that the NSWF forum for the Union is under jurisdiction of the Union of the Yulb and you must abide to all laws you create. Also, there is pretty much no limit to the laws that you create. You could outlaw the letter "e" if you wanted to. I probably should've accounted for this in the constitution... eh, whatever. Current laws: Spoiler: click to toggle 1. a) The Union of the Yulb has unanimously decided to establish diplomatic relations with Rossferry 2. a) The Union of the Yulb has unanimously decided to establish diplomatic relations with the United Supremacies of the World ~~2. b) The Union of the Yulb has decided that riders should not be allowed in legislative resolutions~~ 3. a) The Union of the Yulb has unanimously decided that no recreational drugs should be allowed in the Union of the Yulb. Previous legislation in member nations are grandfathered. 4. a) All legislation restricting the creation or design of flags is banned, omitting this legislation. 5. a) Any nation that purposefully undermines the collective authority of this region shall be banned from the Union of the Yulb. This means that any nation that purposefully disregards legislative decisions of the Union will be banned from the Union of the Yulb. This also means the complete banning of undermining this region (for example, helping the zombies during Z-Day) 6. a) Each nation shall be limited to holding office in three administrative sectors. 7. a) The Yulb Manifesto shall be accepted as the official constitution for the Union of the Yulb. 8. a) The legislation UYL:2b (The Union of the Yulb has decided that riders should not be allowed in legislative resolutions) is repealed an shall no longer be in effect.
