The Greenness Index

The Greenness Index, created by our own WA Delegate [nation]Ransium[/nation], is a compilation of statistics to find exactly how "green" a nation really is. Here's the formula:

Approximate Meanings
Interval	How good?
<0.0	Very low
0.0 - 0.1	Moderately low
0.1 - 0.2	Average
0.2 - 0.3	Moderately high
0.3 - 0.4	High
0.4 - 0.5	Extremely high
>0.6	Only in Forest! :P
