Favorite Imperial Colony!

 The Land of Kings and Emperors is made up of a whole host of colonies. I for one feel that it is right time to pick a favorite. We're leaving it up to the people of NationStates to decide the BEST IMPERIAL COLONY OF 2017!!!!!!!

Simply pick your favorite colony, add one point to its score and remove one point from a different colony to compensate. Once a colony hits zero, it is eliminated and can't be fought for anymore!
