Are you willing to try your hand at cryptic messages? Well, it's nothing that hard, so I'm sorry to disappoint you. All in all there are 10 leads with meaning left to uncover, 9 nations to discover and 8 different regions where you'll have to scour for the nations with the leads to the next region. The first lead will get you to a nation, whereas all the other leads will get you to a region, where you'll have to scour for the nation hosting the lead to next region on their motto, and so until the ninth's nation lead ( the 10th lead ) will lead you to the last region. Once you discover all nations and regions you PM them to me, and if you're the first to uncover all these then you get to be the lucky winner and will get to decide the flag of the Delegate of The Rejected Realms ( that's me, by the way :P ) for a full week, as long as the flag is not in breach of any of the NS rules or affiliated to any nation, region or other organization, whether be they from NationStates, fictional or real.
