Discuss.

From what I can tell, there's a decent amount of support for repealing the condemnation, and it would possibly be succeeding right now had someone else written it up. There is no need to because I am confident in its failure. Until someone other than Cormac submits a well-written proposal to, and now that it's well-known that there's support behind the idea I'd wager that will be sooner rather than later.
