I have made an ideology quiz that measures Independentism, Raiderism, and Defenderism. It has 81 different ideologies and should be fairly accurate. 'Defenderism' might actually be closer to Anti-militarism or Pacifism on this quiz. if you want to skip a question, you can and to skip the part where it asks for personal info, just hit 'submit' and you will skip it. Anyhow be polite and enjoy the Quiz! Quiz My result, Conservative Independent/Imperialist EDIT: Independent vs Defender Quiz(NEW) means there are 243 ideologies. You think liberty is important for yourself, but think it is important that everyone be given the opportunity to make decisions for themselves rather than have authority figures tell them what is best. The autonomy of every person is important to you but you think there are times in which personal action needs to be limited. As such you recognise that there is a role for government as long as it depends on the consent of the governed – this makes representative government important to you. You prefer the role of government in society to be small. In practice you will tolerate government activity as long as it is efficient and allows you to get on with your life. You are likely to advocate a cosmopolitan and permissive culture. However you also believe in a strong military and the right of conquest. Basically the Empire of Liberty is something you might endorse.

I've always rather liked the idea of defining political ideology by one's thoughts on a core set of values, and it seems to work rather well.

However I think a lot of the good politics and content we have in NS come out of raiding and war and that the game would be far lesser if those were taken away.

Glad you liked the Quiz, I intend to add RL and NS counterparts to a final version of the Quiz, I'm still collecting information(I just recently pinpointed where Cormac is). Some errors are in the test too so I'm using this time to suss them out so when I make the final 5D version it will be ready. A good example error is I assumed Belschaft was more extreme in his independentism than he actually is(he's only 55% 'Interests'). Belschaft according to the Quizzes is more of a Pacifist than a Pragmatist. Also the entries for Centrists need reworked. Your ideology is a form of Right-Libertarianism and is most consistent with the current leader of Warzone Sandbox, Etoarmaapitm, and RL Gary Johnson, and the US constitution. The LKE would be the region you'd most agree with ideologically, though they are slightly more conservative and raider than you. You agree more with Zenny's Independentism when it comes to R/D. I think Todd McCloud might also be a Right-Libertarian, but I'm not sure(he hasn't taken the quiz). You mostly agree with Left-Libertarians like some of the TSP independents but disagree with their socialistic aspects, preferring more conservative viewpoints. George Soros and Robert Nozick are good RL examples of Left-Libertarians. New Rogernomics Might make my own quiz at some point - which focuses more on player actions in response to situations.
