This application will be open for discussions lasting a minimum of three days. Upon the completion of this time period, Assembly members may motion a vote and second such a motion, which will then be brought to a vote.

I've been playing NationStates since July 2004, and most of my history has been uneventful, I've mostly stuck to small, developing regions that have come and gone without causing much of a stir, it wasn't until the last... two-ish years that I've really gotten involved in the wider sphere of NationStates, holding government positions in Europeia, Balder, The Universal Allegiance, and Ainur. Where I've held positions ranging from Minister of Foreign Affair and Director of the Military to being a Senator, to running the regional assembly, as well as serving as WAD of the Universal Allegiance for the better part of a year. Currently Lazarus is the only region that I'm actively involved in. In terms of R/D I'm truly neutral, if I'm super involved in a community that raids, I'll take part, and if I had more time around updates these days I'd gladly be more involved in the LLA than I have been. However, I want to serve Lazarus, and currently I feel the best way I can do that is by dedicating my time to increasing activity on the forums (even if it is only by way of spam games) and helping to secure the security of the region from outside threats.
