This game allows you to select different presidential election scenarios 2012, 1988 ,1948, 1944. Once you've done so, you select your desired candidate and play through different scenario-based questions. Can you rewrite history by giving Mitt Romney, Thomas E Dewey the Presidency? Or will you give George H.W Bush Sr a landslide victory in 1988. Have fun! Link: https://www.americanhistoryusa.com/campaign-trail/ Edited by Izon, Mar 6 2016, 05:56 AM.

Can't win playing Romney, as I end up putting Obama's positions as my own. |

I've played as Romney maybe a dozen times, with three different VPs, and the best I've managed is a slight edge in the popular vote (still lost in the EC, but by a narrow margin). Without knowing how the game weights answers and so forth, it may be impossible (or nearly so) to win that particular scenario. |

Have you tried only campaigning in Ohio, North Carolina, Florida and perhaps California? That worked for me when I played as Romney. |

"Governor, if Kitty Dukakis were raped and murdered, would you favor an irrevocable death penalty for the killer?" And the Republicans today think the Media is all "gotcha" questions. Imagine the shitbomb that would befall any journalist asking that question now. Yeah, poor Dukie got pretty screwed in that election. I met the guy once, seemed very nice. And I think that's probably why he lost. Edited by killer kitty, Jul 29 2016, 04:29 AM.
