THE SPAM SHRINE Greetings, mortals. You are currently in a holy place, a sacred place! Beware, for these are powerful gods that reside within these mortal premises. For years, we have watched you silently as you fought it out in the spam fields, occasionally blessing heroes with luck as we see fit. Alas, times have changed. We realised we couldn't sit high up there and watch on anymore. We......ran out of divine credits to pay for our next feast. Nobody prays to us for luck anymore!  Hence, we decided that this shrine would be necessary. To allow us to reach out to you, mortals. To make our presence known in the spam fields once again. To......pay for our next feast(shhhh, you didn't hear that). Furthermore, we......need new blood. You see, the old Gods felt tired watching mindless spam, and decided that watching clouds was far more entertaining. Hence, we need new Gods. Normally, we would have set up trials to determine the new Gods, but to keep up with the times, we've decided to make use of the technology called a form.
We'll be accepting up to 3 gods in this Shrine, to form a Triumvirate of sorts. So now, I declare this shrine to be established. Pray away! Give donations! And last but not least, may the odds be ever in your favour

From that point forward, my path has been set. As soon as I no longer needed my mother's milk I was taken from her, and sent to a special monastery to train. I had learned to calculate spam points before I could walk, I was trained to write three words stories as soon as I could hold a pen, and my knack for predicting the next poster is more accurate than normal. I was trained, I studied, and then I was sent out. I have traveled from region to region, competing against and defeating the competition... and now I have come here, and my time is nigh. |
