Quick note to Caldariat: the position of Grand Advisor is basically to store up influence in the event of emergencies - if too much influence is required for the Sovereign to ban someone, the Grand Advisor is to use his/hers to get it done. Also, the Grand Advisor may take over the Delegacy in the event of some emergency, where the Sovereign and Grandee Secretary are not in a position to assume the Delegacy.
