As per Article I of Mandate 9:

Article II

(5) Citizens shall forfeit their citizenship if they voluntarily renounce it, their nation in Lazarus voluntarily leaves the region or ceases to exist, or the Grand Court finds them guilty of a criminal offense and revokes their citizenship as punishment. Citizens who applied for citizenship on the Regional Forum shall forfeit their citizenship if they do not log onto it for twenty-eight days.

Should your nation in Lazarus leaves Lazarus or cease to exist, or you have not logged onto the Regional Forums for the past 28 days, chances are your nation won't be on this list(unless you're LLA or hold a position). Should you fulfil both criteria but your nation is still not on the list, please inform me so I can update accordingly. Also, if there is an error on the list, feel free to inform me!
