There isn't one listed in your WFE or in your off-site forum. The second is: How much of this was your Delegate's idea? Feux isn't exactly welcome in Lazarus, so I'll ask you to understand that we're a little suspicious of his motives. That said, diplomatic contact is certainly a possibility, and could well lead to the establishment of full relations, if our concerns are addressed.

Feux really had no involvement in this mission as his job is to collect endorsements and vote in the WA. I did joke with him about handing over this job to him, though
