Lazarene Posts: 22 Group: Members Member #208 Joined: Oct 9, 2015 Alignment Lawful Good	Official Seals Act Preamble This shall establish official seals for Lazarus that can be applied to official documents upon discretion of state officials. Article I (1) These designs shall be the new official seals of Lazarus: A. Celestial Union (General) B. Celestial Being C. Simple D. The Celestial Armada (2) They can applied official documents related to but not restricted to: (A) Treaties and agreements with other regions or organizations. (B) Proposed or previously passed legislation. (C) Actions of state officials within or outside the region. (D) Official functions within or outside the region. (3) Applying the seal shall be at the discretion of state officials, and is a voluntary act. Article II (1) Official seals can be replaced, modified, or removed, with a simple majority vote of the Cosmic Council. Edited by Aumelodia, May 6 2017, 04:24 PM.

Amendment to The Official Seals Act 1 was passed on the 27^th of May 2016. The Official Seals Act was amended on May 5th, 2017. Edited by Aumelodia, May 6 2017, 03:29 PM.
