Then Roger goes and raises them. .... Didn't expect that. So, seeing as how I don't want to be Delegate, and he does, vote for him. I was pleased to see someone discussing opening up Lazarene diplomacy to non-defender regions and taking a realist rather than idealogical approach to the matter.
