Whether I actually win or not, I think that the participation in the process is the most important thing, as un-contested elections are generally not a good sign under any democratic system - especially one recovering from a long-period of domination by another regional power. While I have never been delegate of a major region, I don't think it impairs me from taking up such a role, as I believe in sharing the responsibility of defending the region , and on relying on the region and its friends to advise and shape its future. It is true that I have past raider sympathies, and that in the future I would like to see some kind of better accommodation made diplomatically with raider regions or groups and Lazarus, but I would never do so without the support of the region and without first going through the proper channels. This means that as sovereign I wouldn't interfere with the present status of Lazarus as being co-operative and friendly with defender organizations such as the FRA, or change how the LLA conducts its operations and who it might co-operate with. If I do become sovereign my agenda for my term would be to: - Maintain good relations with the friends and allies of Lazarus, including the FRA. - Push for recruitment and activity within the region, even though Lazarus is more difficult than others due to the pressures it has had recently and in the past. - Encourage reconciliation where possible, but not at the expense of regional security. - Seek to have cultural exchanges with other regions, as a continuation of the current policy. - Protect and value the current constitution, and respect the processes of the region. - Work for a more fun Lazarus for everyone, which means encourage revival of the culture of Lazarus, and promote a lot of new things for Lazarus to get involved in to bring it more alive.* - Reward people for their efforts, whether they are new or been in Lazarus for a while. - Move forward with positive things within Lazarus to put the difficult NPO period behind us. *No promises come zombie day though. Thanks again for nominating me to become your next sovereign. If I win it will be a fun four months, and I hope to work with everyone to keep Lazarus moving, and continue to help make Lazarus a great region to be involved in. If not, I hope to still make the region fun in my current capacity as Minister Steward, and work with whoever becomes the next sovereign. Thank you, and best of luck to everyone in the election!

Saw you mentioned a couple on the RMB Belschaft mentioned a few, Equilism and Europeia. Though I would put my head in the door of a few pro raider regions/groups, to see how the weather is down there. It is difficult to say which in particular, as it would be the matter of telegrams and embassy applications - some of which could be rejected, and some might be offended by an open declaration of a desire to open embassies/consulates. Some raider/groups would be against it due to some of their members not being allowed to participate in Lazarus since the PRL. DEN seems to be into diplomacy right now, as I have seen it applying for Embassies in some regions. But as I said before, it is better to ask in private than go in guns blazing AKA state publicly you want an embassy with x. That's just my experience.
