This coming issue is going to a rough one, as it is. By the second or third update we should have tasks relegated, and have an actual format and graphics for the Gazette. So no one should think they are missing out from contributing. At least till something is up and running, I can see that 'too many cooks spoil the broth' could apply here. I think the easy way out, is to have several new sub forums within the Gazette: - Lazarene Gazette Newsroom aka Publishing Area 1. Submissions (Contributors Only) 2. Opinion Pieces (Open to everyone) 3. Editing Area (Contributors/Editors only) So how it works is like this: - > Issue is needed. - > Submissions requested for the issue. - > At least most of the Gazette is by contributors from the region. - > Some opinion pieces are included in the Gazette. - > Issue is edited together by contributors - > Issue is published, and then distributed externally

When I told to Kazmr to open the thread, I told them that I want open applications. I did it so we wont see people being "recycled" in the various positions. Not that I have hard time colaborating with people such as Church of Satan, Funkadelia or New Rogernomics but I would like to see more people to start feeling useful...
