 I wish to throw my hat in the ring for Lazarene delegate. even though I have not been here for a long time, I believe to be imperative to put a fresh young leader into the delegacy. we stand on a threshold of new beginning, a new life. we need people to help determine the most important question going forward.... that question is:
What makes us Lazarene?

I intend, should I win, to decide this through tapping into the rich culture of the beginnings to the PRL.
