 I think it's time to start getting some formal sense of what people think. The question this time is whether our legislature should be an open one of all citizens or an elected one. Vote for as many of the options below that you approve of:

 A quick (possibly inaccurate) hand count shows 17 for an open legislature, and 3 for an elected one. It looks like we'll be sticking with an open one, though if you haven't voted you should!
